    My Cutscenes suddenly go "Cinematic Widescreen"

    A couple months ago the settings for my cutscenes got changed and I don't know how to fix them.

    My default res is 1980x1200
    I got the same 16:10 monitor...

    Yet now cutscenes are cutoff at the bottom and the top with black bars. Like a "Cinematic widescreen"

    My regular gameplay is full screen but not cutscenes So I just want my stuff fixed so it goes back to normal.

    I tried fixing it on my end can I just get someone to manual unbreak what I broke
