We need a new PvP hub

The Wolves' Den is old and busted. Been around since 2.0. Let's retire it and put it somewhere new and neutral.

I get it, new characters need to access it still, so it'd probably have to be Mor Dhona, Coerthas, or maybe even the Crystal Tower.

Alternatively, see an old thread of mine about allowing access to custom matches with less than 10 players.

So what dev budget do you want them to pull from to make a functionally identical PvP hub just with a different layout in a different location, requiring a change in quest directions?

Don't get me wrong, Wolves Den Pier is also bland for me, but investing dev time for something with no purpose other than just designing a new generic hub is extremely unlikely to happen.

Criterion dungeon, island sanctuary, and whatever budget that went toward the worthless map changes to Secure and Shatter.

I'd like a DC-wide instanced PvP hub. The Wolves' Den can be pretty lonely, it'd be nice to see more other players between matches.

Just move the whole Den in middle of Limsa and make the area around Aetheryte into the dueling area, watch chaos ensue.

Honestly, they can keep it the same. I just want them to change the OST because I either have to turn off the OST or just get the urge to pull my hair out whenever I afk there at all.

I don't wanna have an overtly negative take, since I think running through Variant/Criterion is pretty fun. However I think in terms of long term staying power PvP does have a lot more value than V/C dungeons. To be honest though I don't think updating the look of an old PvP zone would have as much of an undertaking, especially since they are revamping all the old graphics so it would be a good time to go back and fix it.
