Game Crashes and Can't Log Into Character (Error Code 17)

Now, I need to find out why it still; crashes at this cutscene. I cannot progress.

Those character setting files such as macros and hotbars and HUD Layout can crash your game sometimes if they are corrupt. By forcing the game to remake them, it can sometimes fix crash issues.
