I think it is important to let the developers of my favorite hobby know what I love and what I dont, and that they are appreciated, especially with all the hate, threats, and vitriol game devs have to endure from their community. I also understand this an English forum and its unlikely that my praises (or complaints for that matter) will ever even be seen by anyone of importance.

The forums are, after all, just something to do when I cant play the game.
If there's none to little negative feedback about X or Y, but no positive feedback either, then devs need to deduct that people are, in fact, happy with X or Y, since they're too busy playing it. If there is neither negative or positive feedback, then reception is likely good.

Of course it's not that straightforward, they need to make sure participation is there and so on, but in essence, that's about it. Most people don't come here to say what they like, they come here because some negative experience they had.
