UI Request: DC selection within character select screen

I have a character on an NA DC to play with friends who are over there, and every time I switch back to my main on EU it catches me off guard. I click on start, I realise I need to switch DC, I back out of start, I go into data centre, I change it, I go back...

I've also logged in on the wrong character because I wasn't paying much attention, extending the process further. I'm also used to switching DCs within regions for statics, which is done from the character select screen, so now that's another way my muscle memory can trick me when I want to switch DC to my NA character.

It's tedious and unintuitive, especially now we can DC travel across regions from the character selection screen. It seems like it must be possible because of this, so would it ever be considered?

It kicks you back out to the title screen while it connects to the target DC though. They don't seem to have figured out how to just blank out the character select and connect to the new DC from that screen. The best I expect them to be able to do is a button in the character select screen that takes you to the DC select screen, which will then kick you back out to the title screen once you've selected a new DC. All that would only save you one click from the entire process (the one where you back out to the character selection screen so that you can go to the DC select screen).
