So... he heard about the limit (200 dungeons in a day) and got it confused for being able to do each roulette only once per day before not getting the bonus, came here to complain, and does not want to hear solutions?

I mean, sure, you can want your emotions verified, and yes, if things worked like he thought they did, that would be a good reason to be upset... but this is just... strange behavior.
