FCFS Question

I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. I simply don't understand how the system works entirely. But if a world has houses listed as FCFS does that mean I could transfer there and just walk up and buy a plot? Or is there more to it than that?

There are no FCFS housing wards at the moment. If you're wondering about houses marked FCFS on the paissahouse website, I think that's currently just being used as a placeholder designation for houses in wards that have not been opened for bidding yet on the newer servers. When those wards are finally opened up for bidders at some undetermined time in the future, they will most likely be lotteries as well.
