Heh. I turn those goblinol in at the Doman enclave. 200 of them get you 25,000 gil. I forget what the exact amount is for the full 40k each week. I also at times buy the demicrystal and direct sell to a vendor for 8k gil for 80 demicrystals. As 80 is the maximum you can buy at a full 3k in poe. The dirt as you and others have said can catch you a nice income.
