Am I allowed to trade submarine parts to other players without getting banned?

I'm looking for a response or quote from a Square Enix employee specifically stating if this is allowed or not. I don't want to start a discussion on the theoretical interpretations of the Terms of Service by some random neckbeard who has 8000+ posts on these forums and thinks he's a know-it-all. I asked through the customer support function in-game and received a basic automated reply which said they can't answer the question, which means I'm stuck asking here.

I'm looking for an answer regarding moving bound items from one person to the next. Submarine parts are Bound items, so I can't trade them normally. The only way for someone to get them is to join my FC and get them out of the Company Chest.

Is this bannable?

For clarification, I am not asking about selling Mogstation items.


I've Google searched and read like 30 posts about it, but no real answer from someone of authority. This is an act that I want to do and I want to know if it is a bannable offense.

You're not breaking any rules?

Trading it via FC chest is a legitimate way of trading submarine parts. The person pulling it out from your FC chest is an FC member, regardless if they are temporary or not. What rules are getting broken here?

Yes you can trade submarine parts, it is quite a large market amongst submarine enthusiasts.

People have been doing it since airships were first released.

You can do so safely yes. Just place them in the buyer’s fc chest. Works with some bound furnishings too.

As others have said, you're fine as long as real money is not involved.

They didn't put fc chests in the game just to ban people for using it.

You can do whatever you want as long you don't exchange real money for ingame goods (unlike some other people on this forum who are famous gil sellers).

You means the parts to build submarine? I bought mine and built mine from market board Long time ago, and l am still well and alive.
