Considering the bulk of the most dps obsessed people I've met have all been healers, they really need to make the role more demanding on the healing end.

Yep, that's what happens when the role has zero appeal for the people who actually want to be support/healers. The only people willing to play the role are those who enjoy using a spreadsheet to map out each and every oGCD.

Those people have left long ago as well, because mapping out your actions in a fight is only fun when it actually matters.

Ehh, in my experience there are still people who feel the need to map out actions even when you can get by just fine yoloing it.
