ANYONE DONE BLU YET?

Has anyone done BLU yet for 6.45? How is it?

I do plan on leveling BLU up to 80 but I hate Mask Carnivale with a passion, it is boring to me & have not done the Siegfried fight & really don't have any desire to do so which is sad because that is the only way to advance in BLU's storyline. Which I always thought was a bad idea tying the Mask Carnivale to BLU's storyline. I know I'm missing spells from totems you get from completing a certain amount of levels. My Blu has i400 augmented gear but only the i130 wand...lol.

Oh yeah, I never did finish the last Carnivale stage. Think I was having connection problems and then just forgot about it. I should do that.

My issue with BLU is that it's locked out of trusts/duty support. You know, the Solo job being unable to use the systems designed for solo play? Don't get it at all. Trusts/duty support is a glorified premade party.

BLU already has an answer for that, it's Basic Instinct. Use that and dungeons are soloable just fine.

Story is kind of fun, but MC is frustrating, unfair, overturned garbage as it always has been and probably always will be.

I haven't been through all of the MC stages yet but I didn't see them as being unfair or overtuned.

You do need to pay attention to the elemental strengths and weaknesses (which I admit can be frustrating). There's a reason why MMOs have phased out elemental mechanics over the years - most players don't tend to find them fun or interesting. But it also doesn't hurt to have side content like Masked Carnival available to those who do.

Getting constantly OHKO'd and having to take it from the top is neither fun nor fair.
