Is there any way to report this, or reduce it? I didn't mind that much when it was a few JADEs but now we have 20 weeaboo police, weebfbi, lotus, fated...all with nothing to do but clutter up Limsa?

They aren't doing anything wrong so there's nothing to report.

If you don't like it, there are several other cities you can choose for marketboard access, summoning bells, retainer vocates, etc.

Personally, I just ignore and run through them if I'm one of my cross data center shopping sprees. They don't bother me.
