Reaching Level Cap is an Achievement. It is suppose to be a satisfying experience. Hitting level cap in FFXIV means nothing. It doesn't even feel good. It actually, for me, feels bad. right now I feel like reaching level cap in any job/class doesn't make me feel like I achieved anything and yes it is completely unsatisfying.
