You waste so many substats on unoptimized melds and gear that makes you do less damage, even if its item level is higher.

The thing is, they probably already in one. Specifically because they tend to write up a long winded chatGPT generated essay that often sprinkled with those ‘general, popular guide/advice/tips’-passages, but then later proved that they lack the wisdom to speak all of that.

Since you never had any need or reason to go poking into any logs I may have had ( or not as I dont use ACT or any addon ), I do want to express my appreciation in proving my point on how dps logs and FFlogs are abused and misused.

also stop with the victim blaming stuff, being told "You are underperforming, you should try practicing x,x and x" is not harassement or bullying, of course there are bad apples, like in every game, but no matter if the intent is good or not, in most cases in FFXIV it's just denied because telling someone (and even advicing them) to get better and how to is categorized as a crime and an unforgivable act, people even get banned for it, basically you are supposed to accept people how they are, and if you dare open your mouth, be ready to get the hammer for 3 days or more.
