New PC build

This pins it at 60fps with the 4k texture pack, max everything, with reshade...
PC used currently. i7-8700 3.2 GHz
PAlit 3070
32gb ram
Prime Z370-P mobo
Bunch of mixed NVME, SSD and platter drives.

Edit, just turned vsync off 170fps or so. So lots of room to add more more stuff to eat performance if you want. Or just go into big crowds. I'm alone out in the wild currently.

If a place is full of players then you will hit the CPU limit and the CPU becomes the bottleneck.

Can also be latency and network at the high end.
