BLU Basic Instinct heal buff does not apply to the regen effect from Spick-and-span

Steps:
1. Use the Blue Mage action Peat Pelt to apply the Begrimed damage-over-time status to a target.
2. Use the action Deep Clean to consume the Begrimed status and apply the Spick-and-span regen status to self.
3. Observe the regen amount per tick via in-game flytext.
4. Use the action Basic Instinct to apply the Basic Instinct damage and heal buff status to self.
5. Repeat steps 1 through 3.
6. Observe that the Spick-and-span regen amount is not buffed by Basic Instinct.

Additional notes: The regen effect from Angel's Snack is properly buffed by Basic Instinct.

Isn’t this a snapshotting issue? Healing spells and abilities don’t benefit from buffs that were used after the fact. I.E if you were to use Medica 2, then Asylum or Temperance, the regen effect wouldn’t be adjusted because the buffs were used after the regen was applied. The same is true of damage buffs and DoTs, they can only benefit from buffs that were present at the time of application

No, it is not. You didn't follow the steps at all. I am letting the first Spick-and-span run out completely, applying Basic Instinct (which has infinite duration from the moment you apply it), and applying an all new instance of Spick-and-span. Try it yourself and you'll see the issue.

Can confirm the reported behavior, Basic Instict is not properly buffing the heal.
