Just wanted to thank GM Zhanimetus for getting back to me about a ticket I had submitted. I let them know that I had started a hunt train right when they messaged me and they were cool about it and kept the questions they had focused on what they need to know about the issue I had made the ticket about and seeing if I wanted to add any extra information about it.

It was a fairly straight forward issue so managed to tell them what they needed to know without it getting in the way of the train and it was nice of them being cool with me giving shorter answers.
