Daily tribal quests reset bug

Steps:
1. Today around 6:00 GMT I logged in to complete 12 daily tribal quests.
2. Competed all quests as usual – when I logged out timers displayed zero tribal quests allowance.
3. Logged in back around 18:00 GMT to begin daily quest only to find out the tribal quests allowance remained zero so I cannot take any more daily tribal quests today.

EDITED: when I give away the last completed daily quests remained in my log from the morning the daily quests allowance reseted. I have never seen such thing before.
