as if pvp is balanced right now. aint no way you a dev and you call this balanced.It makes complete sense that they tune around competitive.
As a developer, would you rather get the feedback from individuals who barely understand what their abilities do (let alone what others do), or would you rather get it from those who actively try to improve? It should be pretty clear.
Now obviously you don't fully ignore the casuals but you don't look at them at first when making changes. That's not how you create balanced PvP.
