It's been like this forever, and I'm ok with the wait. I queue up, I do other things for those 10 minutes and time flies. Either I'm on Netflix or I'm reading something or continuing a story quest. 10 minutes is nothing. Try playing games without a party finder that does it all for you and see how long it takes.
