    Lodestone will always give you away, no matter the DC or region, through name changes, fantasia, etc etc.

    Tbh, while the friends list changes are needed and a simple solution, a combination of lodestone profile and in-game player search would likely be enough to accomplish the same level of harassment, friends list or not.
