That is just wrong, you can go online and ask people about the ToS. Most people will tell you that they have never heard about the community guidelines.

The reason why the XIV players are generally nicer is because they like the game they play, sure not all of them and you see the toxic trash that comes out of that here on the forums, which gives a much more positive environment.
