Turns out that people that are underperforming/playing badly are entitled and lack basic human empathy, maybe we should coddle them because they cant accept criticism and refuse to get better, but they think they should be catered to, they also think they are entitled to wasting everyone's time by not improving their skills and not accepting any advice.



Want to give them a little pat on the head too ? And tell them good job and that they did well and at least tried ? Maybe a little kiss on the forehead too

I'll take that head pat and kiss on the forehead. Haha, joke aside, agreed on not coddling players that want to hold the rest of the team back.
