It's hard for us to discuss something in languages we don't speak. Outside of the fact that we don't know if the forums culture is the same there in terms of directly complaining about what we don't like, we're likely to miss nuances of communication if we resort to machine translation and it's somehow magically understandable in English.
Are you able to provide examples of threads where they're appearing satisfied or otherwise and the translations of such? Provided that they ARE filtering what they post here, can you point to other popular locations on the Internet at which they'll have less filtered conversations, complete with translations?
I get the desire to want to have this conversation or even just the knowledge given how it feels like there's radio silence given the frustrations expressed here.

You can compare at live letters circa HW to see that AST's state was constantly brought up and responded to, even if it wasn't very specific (usually was just 'we're aware of player concerns with the job balance of AST and we're planning on adjusting it for the next patch', not anything specific or any detailed discussion of their design approach). By contrast, today we don't get that from the Producer at all, we just have the changes and a brief explanation after the fact under the job actions.[/S][/S]
Taken from a thread that sought to ask this question directly on the JP side with the OP just using a machine translation to hopefully get their point across:

In a non-native language, the correct nuances cannot be conveyed, and indeed are not conveyed.
The effort to convey this is a nice thing, but this is a forum for use by people who are native Japanese speakers.
Please share your views with development in your native forum.
To be clear, arguments that don't make sense will only lead to forum fatigue and no constructive discussion at all.
If you want to do this, you should get someone who can speak Japanese as well as a native to speak on your behalf.
