I like the idea of the greenhouses....just make it so that it's similar to the apartments, where you can purchase one and it's instanced, and it's just like the regular gardening for houses. That way a LOT more people who want to garden, but can't due to not having a house, can.

I was thinking of a furniture item similar to the aquarium, but instead you put plants in it that you can collect. Perhaps through botany. Imagine say an ikea like greenhouse build with grow lights, a little humidifier, and shelves.

I really like your greenhouse room idea though, and would love that too. Though I think they should add a mini furniture version first if that is easier. Then if people like it, expand the idea to a whole room for plants. This room could have both decorative plants for collectors, and plants that you grow in your housing, though in a larger quantity. Perhaps this could be located on the island sanctuary, or through some other easy to access location. I.e. an apartment style farming location for all players to grab. Could be labeled as a community garden. Perhaps even each apartment owner, or house owner gets access to one as a perk of the housing feature. Or it could be entirely separate, though I’d prefer if it were easy accessible with housing for convenience.
