Remove Crafting Timer Please

Please remove the crafting timer as it really serves no purpose other than annoying you as you don't have time to type a message to someone once you start a synth. Once you start synth you are then locked into it with your time for the next minute or so because of the timer, but the timer really does serve no real purpose.

Does it actually have some sort of purpose other than being annoying that I am not seeing?

as far as I've seen it doesn't really do anything, now that you brought up the subject and thinking about it now there are times that I've thought the timer should maybe go away. "if not removed it then improve it" and SE devs did state they're going to do something with the synthesis system so lets all look forward to the improvements that are too come, and maybe the timer be one of them.

I did fail a couple of times because I drank water, glanced at tv or turned to listen to my friend about something. There is no real reason for it. It's not a huge bother for me but I do think it would not be a huge impact if it was to be removed.

It keeps RMT from playing ten accounts at once if they are crafting.

I am sure RMT would just use a bot to serve this purpose, and therefore the timer does nothing as the bot will just hit synthesis before the timer has expired

It upsets me that people think the game will be BOT/RMT free and thus successful if only they make everyone jump through a 100 hoops to get anything done. Let me just say... BOT/RMT they don't care. They will jump through all the hoops and loops because they have the time and this makes them money.

The players on the other hand, will not bust there ass off and put up with game mechanics that are counter active.

The only time you will have a RMT/BOT free game, is when you have a dead game. So stop saying put in ridiculous time sinks and hoops to prevent RMT. It makes the players miserable.

I highly doubt that crafting timer is making it any kinds of difficult for RMTers. Remove it please.

Isn't the timer suppose to contribute to what they like to call a mini-game though? A race against the clock sort of deal?
That being said, I understand how it can be viewed as a nuisance .
