Should i be leveling my DOW and DOM classes to Rank 50 or wait for them fix, add more stuff before and instead focus on crafting and gathering?

I know Yoshi-p had the intention to add some mid level stuff and content too so if i get to Rank 50 by that time, i'll miss on those right?
