The Audio of my game gets cut off randomly, causing a no audio Bug and a visual bug where I am not able to see any effects from spells, attacks, or any ability, only characters moving and visual queues for attacks such as the usual orange circle/line/figure on the floor.
This bug lasts all the way from 10 seconds to 40, its random, and while the bug is active I can move, but the character is stuck on the last animation pose it was in when the bug happened. this issue also makes my ability icons not appear when I change hotbar (cross hotbar on controlle) and makes any menu, such as friend list, system and such, not work while the audio is cut off.

This issue has been happening for a week and a half already (started on the 20th of July and today 1st of August is still going), it all started when I recieved my PS4 Dualshock 4 controller and plugged it in. After that the game has had this issue whether the controller is plugged in or not, the controller is a legitimate, original PS4 controller bought through amazon.

Steps tried to solve the issue:
1. disabling the controller speakers (didn't work)
2.using DS4Windows system for the controller (didn't work)
3. uninstalling and installing back the game (didn't work)
4. moving the game from my SSD to my HDD (didn't work)
5. moving game from HDD to SSD back (didn't work)
6. Unplugging my Headphones (didn't work)
7. running the game on windowed/Borderless Windowed (didn't work)
8. playing without controller, just keyboard and mouse (didn't work)
9. many other options posted both in forums and Reddit (didn't work)
