Glamour Tab (Transformification Tab)

Any word / update on this with the whole event and some info leaked? Are they getting any closer, will it happen during the expansions life time? Its like the biggest desire of mine for this game.

For those that don't know what i'm talking about. In WoW when ever you collect an item, you unlock its appearance to be used when ever you want, regardless if you have the actual item or not stored on that character and its banks. So think of an alliance raid set, think of getting all the pieces and "unlocking the alliance raid set theme for said job" and then you sold the set for gil. You have the appearance unlocked and when ever you go to glamour that set will always be on that character that can be used at anytime.

Yes, this will make the Glamour Dresser and Armorie obsolete in its functions.

There has been no news on anything like this.

I also don't think there's been any leaks, unless I missed something. All the "leaks" I've seen have pretty much been entirely disproven as of Fanfest.

I know Yoshi-P said he would like something like the transmogification tab in ff14 but haven't been able to make it work in the game.

R: Players enjoy keeping many glamour sets which they switch between frequently. Are there any plans on making a "glamour log" system where obtained pieces of gear are glamorable without having the physical item, like the WoW transmog log?

Y: Yoshida thinks for a bit When asked is it physically possible, it’s possible. It’s not impossible but there’s so many different things that we do want to in terms of UI that I’m afraid the priority isn’t as high on our list. Leading up to 4.0, we are setting up the UI so that each job has their own sort of user interface and there are many different tasks that are on our priority list so it might take a bit more time before we can address it.

That interview is from before the glamour dresser was added, which was likely their attempt at making that kind of system.
