    Love the job, hate the gameplay.

    As my first and favourite job, I really hate to see the state of White mage.

    The elements that White Mages inhereted from Conjurer were replaced with white "sparkles and tinkles" (thanks, Semirhage). And it hurts the job aesthetics.

    Earth? Turned into light.
    Wind? Turned into light.
    So far only Water side remained (Benison and Aquaveil).

    I would be okay with Stone and Aero turning into Glare and Dia respectively if, at the same time, more abilities/spells with same elements were added to fill the void. Lily this, lily that... How about we also have Quake, Flood, Tornado, Aero-freaking-III? (Lovely for them to put the latter into the first EW dungeon NPC, just to remind White mages their place)

    Why Cure I and Medica (1) exists? Why are they not direct upgrades into better spells? The latter one is a worse Cure III (after its AoE radius was buffed several times). Freecure somehow survived The Great Healer Purge of all things and is still here for no reason.

    Why a lot of abilites that were removed cannot remain and just upgrade to not make low level gameplay boring AF?
    Why Divine Seal cannot be upgraded into Temperance at lv. 80?

    Why Lilybell have so many handicaps for a 3m CD?

    Why Afflatus Misery is damage neutral at best? How dare we to get rewarded for using our lilies (yeah-yeah, I know about buff windows, but would it kill them to add at least +100 potency to it? Bigger number - good)

    Current savage raids are loaded with mitigation-checks and WHM still has no way to shield the group except Temperance every 2 minutes. It feels so good to drop a party member because somebody else forgot their mitigation. Where the hell are my Stoneskin, Shell, Protect? Such "raw healing powerhouse" fantasy, wow...

    Now, more on the overall healing problem, the gameplay loop is boring to tears:

    Glare/Holy spam in normal content is extremely mind-numbing. The incoming damage is non-threatening, abundance of tank healing digs a lot into healer agency, overgear and poor ilvl sync further kills the urgency of healing.

    But hey, once in a full moon you can Esuna the doom from that one sprout who stepped into a bad stuff in new dungeon. Are you not entertained?!

    Also, thanks for gutting Thin Air, SE. MP management was never an issue for White mage anyway, right?

    I will leave the "What would you like changed about it?" part for later, because the post is already a full-blown rant. I really love White mage, the start of the game was great with this job, but now... other jobs just feels and looks better.
