Steps:
1. Finish a relic to Zeta Stage (Completed)
2. Speak to Drake who will offer the replica
3. Dispose of now unneeded Zeta weapon
4. Speak to Drake, Zeta weapon is no longer present.

Additional: Turning the Zeta weapon in to Crystals for the Heavens Ward level 60 relic quest (Soul without Life) will add the relics to the buyable list, but that isn't part of the Zeta quest line.
