Where are the Zodiark/Themis/Lahabrea minions?

After returning to the game briefly and completing Pandaemonium im genuinely baffled that the minion rewards only had Athena and Erichthonios but not Themis or Lahabrea or even Zodiark, characters who have played an integral role in the story since 2.0. Especially considering Yoshi P has stated in the past they make minions based on when a characters story is completed. I think its safe to say the story for all 3 of these is completed yet where are the minions to show for it? Venat got a minion, Emet got 2 and Hyth got one already. Where are the ones for these characters?

This would be incredibly saddening honestly. Especially because they specifically included Venat in the msq reward. If they tied the antagonist equivalent to mogstation it would just show the devs bias even more i suppose.

I mean the bias clearly exists, we don't spend time with Zodiark like we do with Hydaelyn / Venat.
Hydaelyn's message is more optimist/positivist than Zodiark, they picked one side instead of spending 20 years developing both.

It felt outstandingly...weird to get Athena as the Anabaseios minion over Themis.

Perhaps they'll surprise us and make one of them a reward from the next Rising event like they did with Emet.

Sadly at this rate with how much they’re pushing these other character i half expect the rising minion to be Erenville with Zodiark,Themis,and Lahabrea being forgotten. It’s just sad to see Yoshi’s lies once again with nothing changing in over the year since i’ve played last.

You can frame it however you want - both Zodiark and Elidibus are significantly bigger aspects of the story than just about anything else, and certainly Athena. With no Elidibus, there is no going back in the past, and that's not even touching with the interactions with him as Themis in Pandaemonium. No Zodiark, there is no star remaining and no Hydaelyn plan whatsoever since it's dependent on his existence. The least they can do is provide a minion for them.

Antagonists stopped getting as many minions in Shadowbringers. We used to get minions of, or related to, every trial boss, but out of ShB to current, only Ruby Weapon got one, and then as a recent PVP reward. (Yes, there's a Solus/Emet-Selch minion, but not one of Hades. There's also a Venat, but no Hydaelyn. Yes, I will be that pedantic about it.)

Zodiark is important enough to the lore that I could see him being a Rising reward like Emet, or from a code included with a book or soundtrack or something like Yotsuyu. Hopefully not a $400 statue, but those seem to be getting emotes rather than minions.
