We would like to assist with your concern. After reviewing the DXDiag provided, it seems that you have the game installed on the D: Drive. We would suggest that you install Final Fantasy XIV to the C: Drive. Having the game on this drive can fix some of the issues you may be experiencing. If this does not help with the issue, please try the following to see if they help:

- Try switching to DirectX 9 or 11 by selecting the ‘Config’ button on the launcher. (If you are able)
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (The graphic driver was last updated 6/13/2023).
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Make sure that the Windows OS is fully updated.
- Reinstall game once you have updated everything.
