looks strangely like Gogo to me which makes me think.. if we may get another Limited Job in form of the Mime? since the Mime only can do mimic, which is quite limited
Unlike the Bluemage, who should be a Tank since you learn magic by usually getting hit by them, which 'getting hit' is usually stuff that happens to Tanks+ the Bluemage has a Tankstance and an invul+ the lvl2 lb from Tanks was initially a Bluemage Spell before they renamed it when they added the Bluemage to FFXIV okay.. BLU Rant over xD
It's fair to say that I'm not so found of the Limited Jobs but for Mime it would work imo

In your first picture you can actually see two Hrothgars with the same uniform. It might very well just be the guard or some troop uniform.

That's a hrothgar, so I doubt it's Gogo, but the outfit is very snazzy for sure.
