For you. That's the key part missing from the equation here. You find that kind of content enjoyable. Others might not. I, for one, enjoyed M+ when it was brand new, then quickly soured on it when I found it turning into a cesspool of toxicity. For me, Blizzard going all-in on making WoW an e-sports style of game by pushing M+ and high-end raiding over basically everything else was half of what killed my interest in and enjoyment of the game (the other being really not liking the story of Shadowlands).

lmao, the response I expected

"dont like it just quit"

yikes, here i thought we could have a proper discussion but I guess that's where it ends
Perhaps because it's a sensible response? It's what I did with WoW when I realized I just wasn't enjoying it anymore, and the specific things Blizzard was focusing on most were things that didn't appeal to me (while at the same time SE's areas of focus on FFXIV were exactly what I was looking for in a game). I unsubbed from that game a couple years ago, turned this one into my main MMO, and I've been having a lot of fun ever since. Given the bitterness and outright hostility I've seen in many of your posts, it sounds more like the "discussion" you want is really just "a game is only fun if it does what I want, and here's why it should change to suit me, and if you have a different opinion, you're wrong and licking SE's boots." That's not healthy for anyone. Maybe if you keep hearing people giving you the same advice...someday you might discover that there's a reason for it?
