Of course it's sarcastic. A MMO is not going to survive with only a single piece of long lasting content that has appeal to a small segment of the player base.

And if you actually read their point then you’d understand that giving a small segment a long lasting piece of content is better than giving none of us a long lasting piece of content

Love Bozja or hate Bozja you can’t deny some people loved and it kept them subscribed, there is no equivalent keeping people subscribed that is unique endwalker content

So you are saying “the game can’t survive off a long piece of content for only a small part of the community” and acting like that’s an excuse to give nobody content
