Expansion located in latam and no spanish yet?

I'm excited to see all what is coming in 7.0 and what more updates it will bring.

But I'm a bit disappointed seeing the heavy references to Latin America in the new location (Graha Eating a Taco, Urianger drinking a piña colada, the heavy Mayan references). We still don't have (at least yet) a Spanish interface.

And please to all of you, who will say "Oh but people can learn English", just save it, yeah, they can, but some people sadly weren't able to learn it or didn't have the chance to during their life.

I do hope that it comes with 7.0.

at this point in the games life, the addition of a new language support showing up is practically nil. The entire game would need localizing, including voicework and that is pretty much not a cost they want to incur. Plus they need a team to constantly stay on the updates of the game and provide support in that language.

Plus something like a new language support would have been included in the NA fanfest keynote and it was not, so I would give up on the prospect.

Well, British killed Native Americans too, and you got English language, because you had the luck that everyone in the world decided to learn English so English speakers don't have to learn any language anymore.
But let's focus on the real topic.
Spanish Language is a necessity.
We are talking about a popular MMO that wants to last 10 more years... if they want to last that much, they need more players, and are a bunch of Spanish Speakers that don't know a single word of English, but they want to play the game. It is a fact that they can't ignore.
Will be expensive? Yes, I'm aware of it.
But we are not talking about an Indie company, it is Square Enix and now FFXIV is quite popular.
As a Spaniard, I would love to play this game in my language... and I'm tired to have to use DeepL translator to understand Urianger (Despite I love him so much ;___
I don't want this threat to sink in the forum, as Spanish we need to show them we are a lot in the game! So Spanish people ARISE!!! XD

It would be a monumental undertaking... but so will be porting XIV to Xbox Series S|X.
