Upgrade a PC is not something you do in a short time! I made the example of shadowbringers let's pretend that the performance drops again to 90! is not it better to launch a benchmark first so people can see if they have problems? than to make happen again what has already happened? they had to do emergency maintenance to remove the cap of 90! then I do not know if you play on PC if you know how much everything costs now! Because I'll give you an example if i experience the problems that there have already been when they put the fps to 90 I do not play at all!(whereas if I know in advance that those problems can occur I have plenty of time to modify my PC configuration, and if emergency maintenance was done to remove the 90 fps cap I certainly wasn't the only one with the problem) and then imagine those who have the doubt of being in the minimums (I most people I know play with the 1050ti on ffxiv) so it seems to me the minimum a benchmak in advance (anyway you have to do it you just have to publish it first)
