Kill Graha and Zero at the same time. They can go out heros, however you may like, but kill them nonetheless.

I don't need anyone to die, but I do need them to quit pretending like they are going to. No one believes any of these characters are going to so much as bruise during any of the conflicts in this game, and to write as thought they might actually lose their life just becomes ridiculous. I was honestly hoping to get some new people in 7.0, maybe get some new perspectives and some new personalities in the mix but it seems like we are in for another round of exposition diarrhea from Y'shtola or Urianger followed by attempts at humor that fall flat by the rest of the group.

I'm wholly convinced the only reason that Thancred didn't die in ShB was because he was the only tank for the Trust System. Hell, they brought him back SOLELY to play the tank at Aetherfont too, despite being completely MIA throughout the 6.X story. He's been kind of an unnecessary player in the story since.
I have no idea why the Twins are there. Weren't they going to stay and help Garlemald some more? Sure, they've got some financial liberty now but 1 country's support is hardly enough to fix the disaster that is the capital. If anything, I felt the Twins staying in Garlemald to be semi important for a Garlemald Restoration in 7.0 would've suited them much better narratively.
Graha and Krile were suppose to be restoring the Students, which were the more outgoing Sharlyan study group so them being in the New World is not outlandish at all. Estinien tagging along as a hired mercenary for them would also fit and explain all 3 there. I wouldn't be totally thrilled for their inclusion but at least I could understand it narratively.
No idea why Y'shtola would be in the New World. One would think that she would want to explore the possibility of Void Gates to travel to different shards. She has a VERY solid lead already on that front so why she's there is kind of a reach narratively.

You kind of have to suspend your disbelief when going back to old content out of release order. Imagine a new player going all the way through the Endwalker MSQ, then deciding to go back and do the Warring Triad and wondering why Y'shtola and Urianger are in their old outfits, or Eden and wondering why Thancred and Urianger are still on the First. Or, hell, leveling up in another job, going back to do dragoon, and meeting Estinien as a fugitive in the job quests after already doing the entire MSQ where he's a national hero.

They won't kill a scion
You can accept this fate or defy it, but you can't deny it
Quoting lines from MSQ to use in real conversations with real humans makes you automatically tier SSS cringe
you might ask: omg how can i level up to tier SSSS cringe, start quoting lines from dragonball anime or rick and morty

Real conversations...lol
Don't be afraid to embrace your cringe side, my dear Koros
Sometimes you go in and out, 20min adventure. Sometimes you will embrace it for more.
