Asuran Armguards Code Not Displayed; New SE Members Site Deleted Features Page?

I'll cut to the chase and say first off that I'm a completionist when it comes to silly, event/"special" items. I understand the item takes a minimal effect on gameplay beyond a certain point. However! Any assistance you guys could offer me would be much appreciated. I've run into some technical issues that Square Enix apparently can't help me with... so far.

I originally picked up FFXIV at release, played for a few months, and drifted away. I'm now returning considering the Welcome Back Campaign. On top of this, I recently got my hands on a first edition copy of Final Fantasy XIII with the Square Enix registration code included in the box. I registered the code on the Members website, and went to find my Campaign Promo code to enter into my Square Enix ID account so that my FFXIV account would then have the Asuran Armguards activated.

...However, it seems Square Enix's member site has recently changed, and where the promo codes that a member should have normally would be listed is now... well, nothing. Their FAQ even lists a specific link to go to for this very issue, but it leads nowhere. They haven't just changed the links, though, they've just outright abolished the "Features" page that's necessary for a lot of this stuff. So... even though I SHOULD have a code, I can't see it.

I had a good-sized conversation with the Square Enix support chat, and they said that it simply hasn't been filled in yet. However, they couldn't even give me an ETA (estimate or otherwise) on the arrival of the new "Features" page on the Members site. I had to explain myself more than once on the same subject, though remained polite and understanding throughout the whole interaction... Yet they still couldn't come to a solution for me.

So, my only hope at this point is finding another channel to peruse to see if they have additional information or more power to help me out.

Basically, I guess, does anyone here know if there is a number I can call for this? Considering the information should exist or be randomly generated somewhere as I did take all of the necessary steps, it's just that I can't see said information... It has to be somewhere, just inaccessible to me, correct? Or, as an even more wonderful alternative, would any of the mods here be able to help me out?

...Either that, or does anyone somehow have a spare Campaign Code/Asuran Armguards Code (not the registration code to get the Campaign Code, given that that's the issue right now) they'd be willing to part with for something? ; n; I actually happen to have a spare Garlond Goggles code if interested...

Wellp! Though no one was able to help me here (understandably, given it's a pretty specific scenario)... I've found success!

Ended up finding the support number and gave the Square Enix Members support section a call. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and was able to get me my code after I supplied my information and he confirmed I took the necessary steps. He actually said that they've received a few messages and calls already regarding the Square Enix Members "Features" section being nonexistent at the moment. Didn't receive an ETA on the section, but the fact that he was able to help me with the issue that created is what counts!
