It should be called "Non Support Services." I am stunned and saddened honestly by the utter lack of support given to support/GM tickets. FFXIV is easily the best MMO on the market right now. But the service given to customers is non-existent. I had an issue with housing in that I put in a bid on a plot prior to July 4th. The end date was the holiday, and I was not available for a few days as a result. To this day (as of yesterday anyways) the plot shows as being available, but my timer shows that its currently in process. That's an improvement I guess? Until Monday, it showed as it had 1 bidder on it, which it currently isn't showing.

Despite 4 screen shots sent to them and countless automated email replies, I was told that they couldn't replicate the issue, and that nothing more would be done. So no house, no gil refund from the Housing Caretaker or placard, not even an actual human reply that wasn't a form letter auto filled by a single mouse click or automata/AI.

So I am done. I cancelled my subscription and most likely will uninstall. If I wanted this level of "service" I'd go stand in line at a government facility. At least there I would expect the abuse heaped on me.
