Crashes after multiple reinstallations and multiple patches

So I previously installed the game and it ran fine back around December. I uninstalled it for several months, and reinstalled it a few days ago, just to find it constantly crashes as it loads into the world. Most of the time it makes it to the character selection, but crashes midway loading into the world. On two occasions it had managed to load my character into Gridania and I have managed to move around a bit, but it inevitably crashes. This is a rough timeline of my actions thus far:

7/26/23- My initial installation. Loaded into Gridania, looked around and the game crashed. Multiple attempts to launch the game, all failed.
Error codes from one of these crashes:
    An unexpected error has occurred
    ffxiv.exe+ 124f33c
    ffxiv.exe+ 55D8B
    ffxiv.exe+ 54a02
    ffxiv.exe+ 53254
    ffxiv.exe+ 11c38f4
    ffxiv.exe+ 11c2df6
    ffxiv.exe+ 11c4251
    ffxiv.exe+ 11c6767
After multiple attempts of running it as both Dx 11 and Dx9, I ran the launchers Restore Game Data feature, and once it completed the game kept crashing to desktop.

    7/27/23
I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it. The game continued crashing. I made sure that my anti virus (Avast) was allowing it through. I tried running it as admin among many other compatibility modes. I made sure my Windows was up to date.

    7/28/23
I uninstalled the game, and deleted the remaining files located in my documents (character data, etc; ) after reinstalling the game continued to crash. I ensured that I had no headset or hardware installed outside of my mouse and keyboard and I disabled all start up programs, and ensured that Discord, Geforce and Windows Overlays were off. I attempted multiple reinstallations to guarantee my graphics card was up to date and properly installed. I also made sure that no sound enhancements were enabled in Windows. After all of this, I ran the Restore Game Data again, and was given the following error codes:
    An unexpected Error has occurred
    ntdll.dll +8f91e
    ntdll.dll +4ebf6
    ffxiv.exe +126be07
    ffxiv.exe +124f344
    ffxiv.exe +55d8b
    ffxiv.exe +54a02
    ffxiv.exe +53254
    ffxiv.exe +11c38f4

On another occasion it showed this error:
    An unexpected error has occurred:
    ffxiv_dx11.exe +164720d
    ffxiv_dx11.exe +626ac
    ffxiv_dx11.exe +60d33

I'm also having a very similar issue. Watching this thread like a hawk for any potential resolution. Updates would be greatly appreciated.

Same issue as OP. Happened after the last patch: lag, stuttering, 90002 disconnects. I've allowed things through firewall/antivirus, ping trace, tried port forwarding, updated drivers, reinstalling, done *everything* that's been suggested. The rest of the internet runs fine, and other games run fine. Now I'm getting booted with 90002 errors whenever I queue for dailies. Hoping the admin posts a fix or has the devs looking into fixing it soon, because it wasn't unplayable before and now it is. Crowded areas are the worst (Limsa, Gridania aetheryte, etc) and so are dungeons/raids.
