Suggestion: Introduce "Party-Sync" as a Feature

For anyone not familiar with the CoX context, the page Renalt linked is the entry on Sidekick-ing, but the relevant part of the page is the section on Exemplar-ing, which is when a higher level player syncs down to match a lower level player.

Something similar to this would work fine, but in CoX it was a single player syncking down to another player. Here it would work better if the party leader could choose a person in the party for the entire party to sync down to, so that a whole group can play with a lower level friend if they want.
