    Exactly.

    The rewards have been placed to get you to do the roulettes.

    Taking the rewards away from a roulette and redistributing it among other roulettes "to reduce your grind" benefits you and is a detriment to the roulette. People would stop running it at max level.

    Ok, yea, I get what you're saying now. The queue for something like the Leveling Roulette would never fill up (and you'd have the same problem as queuing for a dungeon as DPS), thus defeating the entire purpose. That makes total sense.
