You have pretty low standard for quitting then. Keep in mind devs don't pass their time surfing this forum, but work on game localization too, and other tasks. Asking they respond to your topic because you're a paying customer , other than be a bit pricky, it's also pointless: they stated can't respond to topics directly asking their input.

The last thing, they responded to this very same questions multiple times, in dev posts or interviews, so you can add more reasons because they'll not respond here
