I still find it insane that so many people have a full blacklist.
For a temporary fix, just leave a spot or two open for bots and just take them off your blacklist the next day.

I'm sure it varies from person-to-person, but I don't find it that surprising. Over the course of nearly a decade of play, how many people do you think a player has interacted with? Either from being matched into a group or from conversations in populated areas...I'm guessing somewhere in the hundreds of thousands, if not millions?

And while overall I find the in-game community to be delightful and positive and friendly, there have been numerous times over the years when I've run into people who go out of their way to be cruel to other players. It's rare, but it does happen. I've got too much respect for my time and energy to give any more of it to someone who's already shown me they can't be trusted with it, and after nearly a decade of play, such people have unfortunately filled my blacklist to the brim.

Game has been out for just about 10 years now dude. There's gonna be a good amount of players with full blacklists. I had mine maxed out and would have to waste time every so often to check the lodestone to see if they were still active or not depending on their levels/ilvl

Also the fact that people hire other players to warp around and shout about events for them means there's ever growing lists for that stuff. 200 is a baby number for a blacklist honestly.

At least if you couldn't see a spam bot after hitting the RMT report button, it'd help in areas that have a bunch of them (Market boards in the main 3 cities for examples)

Your 'temp fix' only works for people that don't have capped blacklists btw
