More GLAMOUR PLATES, please!

Bumping this thread. Just tried to manage all of my glams and got so mad that I actually made my account for the forums after having played this game for 3 years without ever having interacted with the forums. You see what you made me do SE? You made me stoop so low as to come here.

We need at minimum 25 glamour plates. 1 for each combat class (which will be 23 when beastmaster comes out) 1 for all crafting classes and 1 for all gathering classes. It would be nice if we could get 40 glam plates for each of the crafting and gathering classes and some wiggle room for extra glams or for the next 3 expansions if they keep adding 2 jobs each expansion. But I just need 25 plates for the next 2 years.

It still irritates me that the BTN/MIN glams I grinded for in the Firmament take up two whole plates and are locked to only those classes. If they insist on having single job locked glam items, they HAVE to give more plates.

This is a gripe of mine as well. I can only wear my overalls as a botanist and it takes up an entire glamour slot.
If slots are limited, at least make glam equipable to all classes so we can consolidate. With the restrictions in place,
there should absolutely be enough slots to make a glamour for every job.

They took away my Lala's lips... the least they could do is give us more glamour freedom to ease the pain.

we should AT LEAST have as many plates as we have jobs! or give us 1 extra "job" plate so we can use different glamours on the same gear.

like if im on my warriors i dont want to use the same glam as my dark knight even tho they use the same gear. it would be so nice if you get your 20 plates PER JOB
but i guess thats too much too ask for from a small indie game

If not more glamour plates then please overhaul the system to make it easier to work with. WoW makes it's fair share of mistakes but their version of this system is far superior. If you pick up a piece of armor, it should just appear in your glamour closest as an option.

They said something like that would be hard to do given the code (a tired excuse at this point, it's been a decade of code excuses). That's fine, take the time and energy required to get it done. Glamour is a massive, perpetual part of the game after all.

At least one plate per job: battle (including BLU & the upcoming Beastmaster), crafting AND gathering. The 99/100 gear was so good for Dawntrail that it’s such a shame most of my jobs have to share gear due to lack of plates!

The whole glamour system needs an overhaul in general. The game should just keep track of what gear you've had. It should really also keep track of what dyes you've had and be free use (at least for the ones that you can buy from NPCs, premium and crafted dyes could still be consumables. But even then I'd ague it's time for that to go, too.).
