    Corrupted crossbar with black squares

I have an issue with my crossbar. I'm on PC with a controller. I've noticed that the upper crossbar wasn't tracking charges and proc correctly on BLM (like showing I could use xenoglossy or triple cast when no charges where left). Switched to SCH and the upper bar stayed as the bugged BLM bar. Now half of the bar is made up of black squares on every single jobs and PVP bars. It stays this way even when quitting the game and coming back on every single job. The abilities still work but there no way to tell what it is obviously.

Playing on Win 11 in 4k resolution. Never had this happen before. Would like a fix as it's kind of unplayable.

    Thanks for the help.

    Greetings Vamphuntr,

We would like to apologize for the error you are experiencing. In order get a better sense of the issue, could you please provide the following information:

    - Platform (PC, Steam, or Mac):
    - Do you get any error codes or in-game system notices when you switch jobs:
    - Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV:
    - Has this been an on-going issue or has this just started happening very recently:
    - What troubleshooting have you tried to do to resolve this issue:

While we await a response to our questions above, we would also like to suggest that you try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - We would suggest making adjustments to the game's resolution as well as the texture resolution and see if by resetting this to a different value may repair/reset the icons that are currently blacked out.
    - Delete or move folder to another location outside of the "My Games" folder for locally saved content. This can be found by going to 'My Documents' > 'My Games' folder > Final Fantasy XIV Online. (Be sure to back up all of your settings in-game as this folder contains locally saved files for macros, settings and screenshots)
    - Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Then be sure to disable everything.
    - Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card. Although this may not be necessary, it can still sometimes help.
    - Reinstall the game once more after doing the step provided above.

If you do not see an improvement, please feel free to respond to this thread for further troubleshooting.

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
