I honestly expect it's just the title of the expansion with a general release window and possibly zone concept art.

We still have the EU Fanfest and Japan, and I expect EU gets the first shorter trailer and we don't get the full reveal with all the info until January, which makes me expect that 7.0 is going to release Spring/Summer 2024.
