    Bring back old Frontline ques

    I used to love playing frontline but ever since they made the change to make it 24v24v24 only + the new pvp kit from all the classes it feels really annoying to play. Maybe it's due to being a console player but I wish there was an option or have ques pop again in the 8v8v8 format pre-peak hours.
    I felt it was more enjoyable to play, your performance could actually affect the game which I honestly don't feel like matters in the 24v24v24.

    It only matters in 24v24v24 if you play a meta job like DRG and splatter half the enemy team on occasion. Or at least do it more than they do it to your team.

    Never heard Yoshi commenting on this. I do remember seeing the effect instantly. I essentially went from playing random quality games at 3 in the morning to being told to go to bed at 1. I lost about 4 to 5 hours of playtime with that change.

    I don't like the current kits that we have. However, I could probably tolerate it if the option to do 24 man frontlines still existed.

    I miss the old kits. And the speed buff just makes the maps a giant zerg. No matter how bad your positioning is you can cover half the map in seconds.

    they need to have a 2nd feature , when the wait time hits 30min it change to 8v8v8 , i dont care if the reward are less or something , at least i not getting told to do some thing else , it sucks on bismarck for this, you want people to pay a sub in euro to what, sit around and watch a clock. or go to a server knowing there in bed or get hit with lag that make all combat a winnable outcome ,lol. on bismarck, the start time for pvp is 7:04pm to 12-1am , i have not had it pop any other time and it is school holidays here in aussie

    i didnt tranfer my main over here because i knew this joke was going to happen. i started fresh , but after 1year i dont consider these server are new any more , they're laughable

    Old kits were boring (pve kits but cut of half of their abilities), but I do agree that while it made going back into the fray longer, base mount speed really promoted more tactical troop positioning.. Seal rock was the epitome of this.

    It was during a specific liveletter a bit before ShB I believe, or just after, forgot when they remade pvp again. It was after they fixed FLs by removing 8 man premades down to 4 and forced everybody into freelancer status months after. Participation in FLs skyrocketed a bit, and it was helped by moogle tomes, and when Yoshi said that it immediately translated to my brain as "8v8v8 was never intended as the true mode and was just a bandaid to help queues at dead times". Tbh it really helped dead queues at dead times, you could get FLs popping in the morning in normal times.

    They were so much more engaging.

    Ahhh.... back in heavensward.. when we had all pve + pvp skills. When we still had crits and 8v8v8 queues 3 am in the morning. I miss it almost as badly as Aion AoB times.

    Sucks that I wasn't watching live letters until the meme that was season 16. Oh well.

    From my perspective I can see why they wanted to take away the small queue. The very first moogle event was a success by all metrics. In my data center at least (at the time) 8v8v8 wasnt a thing, and it would be the only time in my knowledge that 72 man frontlines was popped 24/7 throughout the entire moogle event. I don't know another moogle event that can rival that sort of participation.
    I will point out that this sort of success at that time can easily overlooked. One of the main reasons why participation was so high was because majority of us was in a FOMO state. Majority was rushing for mounts. Some was rushing for glamour. A few like myself was rushing for titles. They were snatching up and retiring everything Garo related at then.

    I didn't question it then. Now, I would like for them to reevaluate things regarding 8v8v8 and participation, because I honestly think when comparing stats for each moogle event that the very first should not be counted. That's just me though. Alas, it's but just a dream. Besides, they have better things to worry about than old things from years ago.
